Quality care requires quality staff and at Hillcrest House our staff are selected not only for their individual experience and aptitude, but also by their genuine desire to give the loving care and support we extend to all our residents.
We have a commitment to the highest standards of training, with our own in-house NVQ assessors and trainers.
Recreation
For the pleasure and entertainment of our residents at Hillcrest House we have a recreational co-ordinator who organises activities both inside and outside the home.
Shopping trips and excursions are very popular – so too are our very comfortable lounge chairs, for those residents who prefer to casually watch the world go by, rather than go with it.
